			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Since I first entered real estate in 2008 I have been searching and experimenting with productivity systems to help me stay organized and to streamline processes. After dozens of trials and failures I believe I have finally found the system that works best for me.</p>
<p><strong>Mastering Evernote</strong></p>
<p>I first signed up for Evernote back in 2008. After playing with it for a few days I then moved on to other things. Evernote was a cool tool for note-taking, but I did not see how I was going to make it work for my real estate career.</p>
<p>Several years later, while still searching for the organization solution for my real estate business and while blogging at <a title="The Productive Dad" href="http://theproductivedad.com" target="_blank">The Productive Dad</a>, I ran across an ebook by <a href="&lt;a href=&quot;https://www.e-junkie.com/ecom/gb.php?cl=160304&amp;c=ib&amp;aff=209473&quot; target=&quot;ejejcsingle&quot;&gt;Click here to visit dangoldesq.com.&lt;/a&gt;" target="_blank">Daniel Gold on Evernote and GTD</a> (Getting Things Done&#8230; and that is an affiliate link). While I am not a really a GTD&#8217;er I did pick up a lot of information on how he uses Evernote.</p>
<p>After reading Daniel&#8217;s book I started looking at how I could implement his strategies into my systems. I started playing with the ideas in Evernote and all of a sudden the light came on.</p>
<p>I had used Evernote off and on over the last few years, but never really saw it as much more than a note-taking application. Now I was seeing the power and the more I used it the better my systems got. I started searching online for other agents using Evernote. I found a few systems and webinars, but I never found anyone that was doing what I was doing and sharing it.</p>
<p>So after talking to <a title="Bill Risser" href="http://twitter.com/billrisser" target="_blank">Bill Risser</a> of Chicago Title and teaching a local class here I decided to start writing an Evernote for Real Estate ebook.
